Website Update
Website Update — New Ways to Connect
Thank you for your patience while I worked through some technical issues with the website. I apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused.
The website has been updated, and all buttons and links should now be working properly. If you find a button or link that does not work or does not take you to the correct place, please let me know so I can correct it.
New Ways to Connect
There are now two ways to connect with me directly through the website:
Chat with Us — Look for the “Chat with Us” button in the bottom-right corner of the website. You can use it to ask questions, get help finding resources, share your story, or share a praise report about what God has done in your life. Your message will come to me through the website.
WhatsApp — You can also connect with me directly through WhatsApp:
-
On the Join the Discussion page, click the “Join the Discussion” button.
-
On the Share Your Story/Testimony page, click the “Share Your Testimony” button.
-
Both of these buttons will take you directly to my WhatsApp, where you can send me a message.
I am normally available at my computer from 10:00 AM–10:00 PM Mountain Time, and I will respond as quickly as I am able. You are still welcome to leave a message outside these hours, and I will respond when I am available.
I hope these updates make it easier for you to connect, ask questions, find resources, share your story, or simply tell me about something God has done in your life.
Thank you again for your patience as I continue working to make this website a welcoming and helpful place for you to grow in Christ and connect with others.
I know what it is like to carry deep wounds, painful memories, rejection, childhood abuse, grief, and years of believing lies about my worth and identity. I trust God, but I still experience struggles. Struggling does not mean that God has abandoned us. Often, it becomes the very place where He draws us closer, teaches us to depend on Him, and reveals His truth more deeply.
God has prepared me for this ministry through personal suffering, healing, biblical study, spiritual formation, and years of learning to follow Jesus through every season of life. My experiences allow me to speak with compassion and honesty, while my theological education helps me teach God’s Word carefully and faithfully. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Christian Leadership with an emphasis in Spiritual Formation, with an anticipated graduation in 2027.
God also used two important men to lead me closer to Him. My husband, Joseph Johnson, who passed away in 2024, helped lead me to salvation and encouraged my relationship with Jesus Christ. Later, Pastor Joseph Pedroza challenged me to read the New Testament and helped begin the process of changing how I understood God. Through their influence, God opened my heart to His Word and began preparing me for the ministry you see today.
My hope is that this website helps you recognize God’s truth instead of believing Satan’s lies. Healing and spiritual growth are not easy, but they are worth every step because Jesus walks with us throughout the journey.
As I study God’s Word, one question continually guides my life, my ministry, and everything I write:
What Did Jesus Do?
When we look at how Jesus loved, taught, forgave, served, prayed, suffered, welcomed the rejected, and walked alongside the broken, we discover both the heart of God and the pattern He calls us to follow. This ministry is built upon studying what Jesus did, understanding what His life and teachings reveal, and applying His example to our own spiritual formation and daily lives.
God never gave up on me. He pursued me, protected me, and patiently led me into the truth of who I am in Jesus Christ. By His grace, He has taken my story of pain, rejection, abuse, grief, and restoration and transformed it into a ministry of compassion, hope, biblical teaching, and discipleship.
My desire is to point others to Jesus Christ—the One who heals the brokenhearted, restores hope, renews our identity, and gives new purpose as his servant of God christie
As you explore this ministry, my prayer is that you will discover that your wounds do not define you, your struggles do not disqualify you, and the lies spoken over your life do not have the final word. God’s truth does. He is still writing your story.
Whether you are taking your first step toward Jesus or have walked with Him for many years, I pray these resources help you know Him more deeply, understand what He did, follow His example more faithfully, and experience His transforming work in your life.
"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."

My Story: From Brokenness to God’s Hope
Written immediately following the events of July 19–24, 2026, Continue the Journey is a Bible study series born out of one of the most difficult weeks of my life. As Jesus Christ faithfully met me through His Word, these studies became a record of the Scriptures He used to renew my mind, strengthen my faith, and draw me back to Himself.
My prayer is that as you study these Psalms, you will recognize God’s faithfulness in your own life, grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ, and be encouraged to continue your journey with Him.

Where Are You Today?
Begin Where You Are. God Will Lead You Forward. Paper on for readers to grow.

Welcome
Every journey with God begins exactly where you are.
You don't have to have everything figured out before coming to Him. Whether you are hurting, searching for answers, growing in your faith, or longing to discover God's purpose for your life, He already knows where you are—and He lovingly invites you to take the next step.
The resources on this page were written to meet you in your present season and guide you through God's Word toward healing, hope, spiritual growth, and lasting transformation in Jesus Christ.
Simply begin with the path that best describes where you are today. As God works in your life, return often and continue walking the journey He has prepared for you.
Remember, transformation doesn't happen all at once—it happens one faithful step at a time.
"And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns."
— Philippians 1:6
Today is not the end of your story—it is simply the place where God invites you to begin your next step.
A Prayer Before You Begin
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for bringing each person who visits this page to this place exactly as they are today. You know every burden they carry, every question they have, every wound they hide, and every hope within their heart. I pray that Your Holy Spirit will gently lead them to the path You have prepared for this season of their life.
As they read these resources, plant Your Word deeply within their hearts. Let Your truth bring healing where there is pain, peace where there is fear, wisdom where there is uncertainty, and hope where discouragement has taken root.
Draw them closer to Jesus Christ and continue transforming them into the person You created them to be.
Give them the courage to take their next step in faith, trusting that You will never leave them and that You will faithfully complete the work You have begun in them. May everything they discover here bring glory to You alone and lead them into a deeper relationship with Your Son.
In the precious name of Jesus Christ, I pray.
Amen.
"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path."
Psalm 119:105 (NIV)
Choose the Path That Best Describes Where You Are Today
Begin with the guide that best reflects your current season, and then continue through the series at a prayerful pace. Each guide is designed to help you grow in healing, faith, purpose, and discipleship.
After completing the eight guides, read the final discipleship and mentorship guide to bring the journey together and help you take your next faithful step with Jesus Christ.

Your Next Step
As You Continue Your Journey
No matter where you begin, know that you are never walking alone. God sees every part of your story—your joys, your struggles, your questions, your victories, and even the burdens you carry that no one else knows about. My prayer is that these resources will encourage your heart, strengthen your faith, and remind you that Jesus Christ is with you every step of the way.
Do not be discouraged if the journey feels slow. God is faithfully working in your life, often in ways you cannot yet see. Continue seeking Him through His Word, spending time in prayer, and trusting Him one step at a time. The same God who called you is the
One who will faithfully lead you forward.
“The Lord will fulfill His purpose for me; Your steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever. Do not abandon the work of Your hands.”
— Psalm 138:8 (ESV)
A Prayer for You
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for every person who visits this page. You know exactly where they are on their journey, and You love them completely. Thank You for meeting them with Your grace, mercy, and unfailing love.
I pray that the truths they have read will take root deeply within their hearts. Strengthen those who are weary, comfort those who are hurting, give wisdom to those who are searching, restore hope to those who feel discouraged, and draw each person into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
Help them trust You with every step ahead. Fill them with the courage to follow wherever You lead, the peace to rest in Your promises, and the faith to believe that You are working all things together for their good and for Your glory.
May they continue growing in their love for You, discover the purpose for which You created them, and become a light that points others to the hope found in Jesus Christ alone.
Lord, continue the good work You have begun in their lives, transforming them day by day into the image of Your Son. May they never lose sight of Your faithfulness, and may they always know that they are deeply loved, never forgotten, and never alone.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, I pray.
Amen.
