There Is Hope in Jesus Christ.
I know what it is like to carry deep wounds, painful memories, rejection, childhood abuse, grief, and years of believing lies about my worth and identity, and although I trust God, I still experience struggles; struggling does not mean God has abandoned us, but can become a place where He draws us closer, teaches us to depend on Him, and reveals His truth more deeply. God has prepared me for this ministry through personal suffering, healing, biblical study, spiritual formation, and years of learning to follow Jesus through every season of life. He also used two important men in my journey: my husband, Joseph Johnson, who passed away in 2024 and helped lead me to salvation and encouraged my relationship with Christ, and Pastor Joseph Pedroza, who challenged me to read the New Testament and helped begin a transformation in how I understood God.
Along with these experiences, my theological education—including my current pursuit of a Doctor of Christian Leadership with an emphasis in Spiritual Formation—helps me teach God’s Word carefully and faithfully. One question now guides my life, ministry, and writing: What Did Jesus Do? By studying how Jesus loved, taught, forgave, served, prayed, suffered, welcomed the rejected, and walked alongside the broken, we discover the heart of God and a pattern for faithful discipleship. God has taken my story of pain, rejection, abuse, grief, and restoration and, by His grace, is using it for a ministry of compassion, hope, biblical teaching, and discipleship.
My desire through Servant of God Christie is to point others to Jesus Christ and help them recognize God’s truth rather than believe the lies that have shaped how they see themselves. Whether you are taking your first step toward Jesus or have walked with Him for many years, my prayer is that these resources help you know Him more deeply, understand what He did, follow Him more faithfully, and experience His transforming work in your life—remembering that your wounds do not define you, your struggles do not disqualify you, and the lies spoken over your life do not have the final word; God’s truth does, and He is still writing your story.

A Prayer Before You Begin
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for bringing each person who visits this page to this place exactly as they are today. You know every burden they carry, every question they have, every wound they hide, and every hope within their heart. I pray that Your Holy Spirit will gently lead them to the path You have prepared for this season of their life.
As they read these resources, plant Your Word deeply within their hearts. Let Your truth bring healing where there is pain, peace where there is fear, wisdom where there is uncertainty, and hope where discouragement has taken root.
Draw them closer to Jesus Christ and continue transforming them into the person You created them to be.

A Prayer for You
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for every person who visits this page. You know exactly where they are on their journey, and You love them completely. Thank You for meeting them with Your grace, mercy, and unfailing love.
I pray that the truths they have read will take root deeply within their hearts. Strengthen those who are weary, comfort those who are hurting, give wisdom to those who are searching, restore hope to those who feel discouraged, and draw each person into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
Help them trust You with every step ahead. Fill them with the courage to follow wherever You lead, the peace to rest in Your promises, and the faith to believe that You are working all things together for their good and for Your glory.
May they continue growing in their love for You, discover the purpose for which You created them, and become a light that points others to the hope found in Jesus Christ alone.
Lord, continue the good work You have begun in their lives, transforming them day by day into the image of Your Son. May they never lose sight of Your faithfulness, and may they always know that they are deeply loved, never forgotten, and never alone.
